This morning we had an EMP meeting. [EMP==Experience Microsoft Program/Internship Program]. All the interns get together and our EMP mentor, Darien Nagle hosted the meeting.
It was a wonderful and fruitful meeting. Darien also shared with us on the 7 highly effective habits. He highlighted two of the 7 habits, which are "Begin with the End in MIND" and "Sharpening Your Saw".

Darien shared on the "The River" story, which telling us acheiving your goal is like you are crossing a river. When you set a point on the other end of the river and you are ready to cross over the river, you might felt difficulty like the current of the river will push you away from your end point, the stone in the river...so in this context, will be a lot of things will distract you from achieving your goal. Some people might gave up because they can't stand the current. So, what he encourages us is that have a clear end goal, and fight for it.
